The DermaPen is a device for professional use for microneedling, with 5 selectable speeds (maximum speed 28000 rpm) and adjustment of the length of the needles from 0.25 mm to 2.50 mm.

The  head is equipped with very fine needles, and when the device is switched on, it performs repetitive vertical movements that generate microchannels.

These small induced skin lesions initiate completely natural physiological processes: the skin responds to this damage through the production of new elastin and new collagen, structural proteins that confer elasticity, firmness and turgidity to the connective tissue.

The more the speed increases, the proportionally “slight discomfort” due to the treatment itself decreases.
By turning the ring nut at the top of the device, the needle length can be adjusted.
You can vary the length of the needles during treatment: 0.25–0.5 mm is recommended for treating areas such as the eye contour and forehead, 0.5–1.00 mm for treating cheekbones and chin, and 1.00–3.00 mm for intensive facial or body treatments. Its benefits are due to the mechanism and association (necessary for the device to glide over the skin) of special active ingredients for virtual mesotherapy selected according to the type of imperfection to be treated.

As a result of the formation of hundreds of microchannels, the active ingredients penetrate the deepest layers of the dermis.
Wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, scars, cellulite, localised fat, alopecia, acne and stretch marks will no longer be a problem!
